The Groundwork:
I had to reinstall Windows 10 Bootcamp to get the eGPU to work. Once I reinstalled I connected the eGPU to the Laptop and I had to manually install the drivers.
I followed itsage guide(who instilled confidence in me to buy a eGPU. Thank you) to check at what instance I should connect the eGPU once the Windows booted up.
I found out that the about effective way to get the eGPU to be detected was to expect for 10 sec on the Windows Lock screen and connect the eGPU. On the Aorus Gigabyte GTX 1070 Gaming box, if the light comes upwardly afterward a successful Windows peripheral connection sound it means that the eGPU is successfully continued
I besides noticed that if whatsoever peripherals are connected to the eGPU while connecting information technology to the MacBook, the eGPU doesn't get detected.
I also had to brand a few changes in the performance variables(Virtual Memory) in Avant-garde System Settings as certain RAM heavy games like GTA 5 used to crash due to depression memory. Once the virtual memory was allocated, I didn't face any issues after that.
I noticed that while playing Rainbow Half dozen Siege if I used Discord, the audio would crash and I had to reconnect my headphone to get the audio to work. I eliminated this outcome by placing discord on the MacBook screen and playing R6S on the Idiot box screen.
Since I don't have a higher resolution monitor as of at present, I'm using a 24" LG Television set with a 720p resolution.
To store games, I apply a 750GB Hitachi Sata HDD in a Orico USB C to USB C enclosure and I connect this direct to the 2nd TB3 Port.

@itsage I had installed the latest TB3 Driver past downloading from the INTEL NUC website(v66). I installed using the method you had mentioned, by using device manger and manually updating the thunderbolt 3 driver. Once the driver was installed information technology automatically installed Thunderbolt three Software Center.
However, The Thunderbolt 3 software eye doesnt show whatsoever active devices on either Port ane or Port 2.
Am I doing something incorrect here?
